Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, validate, and launch Hand Tool NPD projects.
• Develop product designs meeting performance and cost targets.
• Create specifications aligning with manufacturing capabilities.
• Evaluate designs for materials, processes, reliability, and cost.
• Perform engineering analyses and test planning.
• Communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support manufacturing with design improvements and troubleshooting.
• Conduct competitive evaluations and root-cause analyses.
