Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in mechanical design of components or valves.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Experience with standards and codes related to mechanical design.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical specifications for fluid control devices with Sales/Engineering.
• Review RFQs and specs to create preliminary design concepts.
• Provide design layouts, proposals, and models for fabrication.
• Produce stress, thermal, and fluid calculations as required.
• Perform basic FEA and CFD analyses and validate designs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality realization.
• Prepare test and assembly procedures and reports for verification.
• Support prototype fabrication and testing activities.
