Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 0-2 years of design experience in consumer, industrial, or electromechanical products (internship/co-op OK).
• Experience with 3D CAD (Creo / SolidWorks / NX or equivalent).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced product development environment.

Aufgaben

• Owns technical design from concept through production, including CAD, drawings, GD&T, tolerances, and specifications.
• Designs with manufacturability, cost, and quality in mind; collaborates with manufacturing, sourcing, quality, and suppliers.
• Supports DFMEA inputs, design verification plans, tolerance validation, and durability/environmental testing; uses data to refine designs.
• Collaborates with Product Management and global cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and objectives.
