TTI Group in Anderson, SC is seeking a Design Engineer I to support new product development of outdoor power equipment. You will create 3D CAD models, drawings, and tolerance analyses under guidance from senior engineers, contributing from concept through production.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist with prototype builds and testing, perform design trade-offs, and ensure manufacturability, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• 0-2 years of design experience in consumer, industrial, or electromechanical products (internship and co-op experience considered).
• Experience with 3D CAD (Creo / SolidWorks / NX or equivalent).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven product development environment.

Responsabilidades

• Supports design ownership from concept through validation and production release.
• Develops 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, GD&T, tolerance stacks, and specs for manufacturability and compliance.
• Supports DFMEA inputs, design risks, and verification testing activities.
• Collaborates with Product Management and cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.
