HNTB in Fort Lauderdale seeks an engineer to assist in the production and modification of design calculations, technical reports, and project plans for a range of assignments. You will collaborate with the project team to apply engineering criteria and deliverables across sizes of projects.

Responsibilities include preparing design portions, developing quantities, supporting cost estimates, and organizing design files while pursuing successful project delivery with clients.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; 2 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficient with engineering, geometric and algebraic principles; ability to use MS Office; familiarity with MicroStation or AutoCAD.

Responsabilidades

• Completes assigned work within the schedule and hours provided.
• Prepares and/or modifies portions of project reports, plans, designs, and calculations.
• Develops project quantities and assists with cost estimates.
• Assists engineering teams with organization and administrative support of design files.
• Able to self-sufficiently complete various tasks including research, data collection, field investigations, and design of projects.
