Qualifications

• Strong frontend engineering skills using React, TypeScript, modern CSS and HTML accessibility fundamentals.
• Solid eye for typography, spacing, hierarchy, and motion to deliver polished interfaces.
• Proficient with Figma for reading designs and creating assets.
• Experience shipping production web apps, ideally with Next.js.
• Able to work asynchronously in a remote team with strong written communication.
• Professional working English.
• Ability to design and build patient-facing funnels and landing pages that convert, then iterate based on data.
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-accurate, responsive React components.
• Own visual and interaction quality across web and mobile, including animations.

Job description

• Strong frontend engineering skills: React, TypeScript, modern CSS (Tailwind a plus), and solid HTML/accessibility fundamentals
• A real design eye: you can tell good typography, spacing, hierarchy, and motion from mediocre, and you can produce it
• Comfort in Figma, both reading designs and creating them
• Experience shipping production web apps, ideally with Next.js
• Self-directed, strong written communication, and able to thrive in an async remote team
• Professional working English
• Design and build patient-facing web funnels and landing pages that convert, then measure and iterate on them
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-accurate, responsive, accessible React components
• Own the visual and interaction quality of features across web and mobile, including animation and micro-interactions
• Build and extend a shared component library and design system
• Partner with product, marketing, and engineering to turn ideas into shipped experiences, often working solo from concept to launch
• Run and read split tests, use analytics to inform design decisions, and keep improving what's live
