Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ лет опыта фронтенд-разработки.
• Опыт работы с продакшн-дизайн-системами, миграции и breaking changes.
• Глубокие знания React, TypeScript, семантического HTML и архитектуры CSS на масштабе.
• Опыт проектирования API компонентов: atomic design, композиция, контролируемые/неконтролируемые, полиморфные паттерны.
• Опыт работы с headless primitives (React Aria, Ark UI, Radix).
• Опыт WCAG 2.x и WAI-ARIA; реализация клавиатурной навигации и доступности.
• Знание дизайн-токенов и инструментов вроде Style Dictionary, Figma переменные, и синхронизация через Figma.
• Умение писать документацию, проводить обзор кода и наставлять команду.

Responsibilities

• Исследование, создание и поддержка доступных React-компонентов и их API с учетом headless primitives и теинга.
• Улучшение консистентности API и developer experience; обеспечение миграций через codemods и семантическое версионирование.
• Поддержка инфраструктуры проекта: Storybook, unit/интеракционные E2E тесты и регрессионные проверки, gates на доступность и релиз-процессы.
• Продвижение usage и миграций через документацию и гайды, обработка входящих задач и open-source вопросов, code review с командами продукта.
• Разработка AI-ассистированных возможностей для конвертации дизайна в код, scaffolding компонентов и guardrails.

Research, build, and maintain accessible React components and their APIs using headless accessibility primitives, incorporating keyboard interaction, focus management, and theming from the start Enhance the component library by improving API consistency, intuitiveness, and developer experience; enable complex migrations with codemods and semantic versioning Maintain shared infrastructure, including Storybook, unit, interaction E2E and visual regression tests, accessibility gates, and a reliable release process Drive adoption through documentation, usage and migration guides, issue intake and triage, including open-source issues, and code reviews with product teams Build AI-assisted capabilities for Figma-to-code, component scaffolding, and guardrails that keep AI-generated UI on-token, on-pattern, and accessible

6+ Years of frontend engineering experience Experience building or maintaining a production design system used by multiple teams, including migrations and breaking changes Deep knowledge of React, TypeScript, semantic HTML, and CSS architecture at scale, including SASS, CSS Modules, CSS variables, and CSS-in-JS Experience with component API design, including atomic design, composition, controlled and uncontrolled, and polymorphic patterns Experience with headless primitives such as React Aria, Ark UI, or Radix Working knowledge of WCAG 2.x and WAI-ARIA; ability to implement and test keyboard navigation, focus management, and screen-reader behavior Experience with design-token architecture and tools such as Style Dictionary, Terrazzo, DTCG, or equivalent, and Figma variables sync Ability to write clear documentation, review library consistency, and mentor through code review Fluent in Figma and experienced with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor Будет плюсом: experience on design system or UI/UX platform teams at developer tools, B2B SaaS, or cloud platforms, or in frontend platform roles with a shared UI library and multi-team consumers
