Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve Equilibar products from concept through validation and release.
• Create engineering drawings, 3D models, and BOMs per company standards.
• Investigate technical issues and develop effective engineering solutions.
• Lead root-cause investigations and continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, and Sales to meet customer needs.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable standards and procedures.
