The position requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology and 2 years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Reading engineering drawings and schematics is required.
• Experience with product development and validation testing.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs within timelines.

Responsibilities

• Determine project scope and necessary actions for new projects.
• Perform Creo 3D modeling and manage the change notification process.
• Collaborate with other system teams on space claim as needed.
• Partner with operations to go, see, act on factory-related issues.
• Review field history and implement lessons learned.
• Coordinate updates to drawings and engineering notices.
• Work with cross-functional teams to schedule production implementation.
