Job summary

Menasha Corporation seeks an experienced Mechanical Engineer to drive design and development of new products and processes. You will lead cross-functional efforts, apply Creo and other CAD tools, and ensure ISO-compliant quality throughout the product lifecycle.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, and collaboration with plastics manufacturing teams to deliver commercially viable solutions from concept through production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• BSME with plastics manufacturing experience preferred.
• Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• 5 years of relevant work experience.
• 2 years in project management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop commercially viable technical solutions and product offerings.
• Explore and apply CAD technologies and tools.
• Maintain ISO quality procedures and processes.
• Lead and assist in new product development from concept to production.
• Validate finished products.
• Document and communicate cross-functionally.
• Provide technical customer support and assistance.
• Troubleshoot and handle special projects as assigned.
