You will shape product strategy, craft prototypes, and work closely with product and engineering to ensure a cohesive experience across surfaces.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience across both design and front-end engineering in B2B SaaS or complex workflows.
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong product thinking and polished craft.
• Track record of seeing large, ambiguous projects through from zero to shipped.
• Active use of Cursor and Claude Code with opinions on output quality.
• Strong eye for design with layout, motion, and visual polish.
• Direct communication style with influence through thinking.

Responsibilities

• Shape the strategic direction of product and feature roadmaps.
• Build working prototypes early and test with real customers.
• Partner with engineering and product to define, prototype, and ship.
• Sweat the details to make a complex operator tool feel effortless.
• Refine patterns in code and contribute to design system.
• Find ways to ship great work under real constraints.
