• Experience designing zero to one B2B products with complex requirements.
• Ability to gather user requirements and design an effective product.
• Experience partnering with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop the core user experience of the Braintrust product.
• Understand user needs and contribute to the product roadmap.
• Establish a design system for rapid product iteration.
