Braintrust is looking for a design engineer based in Seattle, WA. In this role, you will tackle complex problems and design user-friendly products for engineers and PMs in innovative tech companies. You'll develop the core user experience and establish a design system that supports rapid product iteration. Qualifications

• You have experience designing zero to one B2B products with complex requirements.
• You enjoy building things and are familiar with modern devtools.
• You have owned problems end-to-end, and are willing to pick up whatever knowledge you’re missing to get the job done.
• You have thrived in environments where things are sometimes loosely defined and may have competing priorities or deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Play a significant role in developing the core user experience of our product.
• Work closely with our users to deeply understand their needs and contribute to the product roadmap.
• Partner closely with our product and engineering teams.
