Metric Bio is seeking a Design Engineer to shape the experiences researchers use to understand, run, and contribute to its benchmarks. You’ll split time between improving the internal platform for a 60+ person team of bioengineers and AI biologists and building public-facing pages for the company’s website.

You’ll work with a product designer, translating complex technical work into polished, usable interfaces. No biology background required; strong design & implementation skills are essential.

Formación

• Designed and shipped products, interfaces, or websites that people love.
• Fluency with modern HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and React.
• Portfolio matters more than tenure.
• Experience designing and building polished marketing websites, landing pages, or launch experiences.
• Ability to communicate complex technical products clearly through design.

Responsabilidades

• Identify usability and workflow problems across the internal platform and take solutions from idea through production.
• Turn feature requests from internal users into thoughtful product improvements.
• Develop new interaction patterns for complex product workflows.
• Design and build the company website, landing pages, and launch experiences.
• Shape how researchers interact with AI performance data.
