S&B USA Construction is seeking a Design Engineer to support preconstruction design delivery on diverse heavy-civil and industrial projects across the United States. You will coordinate RFIs, design changes, and submittals under the Design Manager, ensuring quality and compliance throughout the design life cycle.
The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, 3-6 years of related experience, and knowledge of Design-Build or P3 delivery. Registration as a PE is preferred; EIT is required.

The Design Engineer will support the preconstruction design delivery of the project, under the direction of and in coordination with the Design Manager. Understand how Design-Build and P3 projects fit together: contracts, standards, construction, designers, and deliverables. During construction the Design Engineer will coordinate RFI’s, minor work changes, field design changes and construction submittals.
