Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd. seeks a Mechanical Engineer to support structural and mechanical design for module fabrication and field execution. You will coordinate with architectural, electrical, thermal, and mechanical teams, develop schematics, perform static/dynamic calculations, and ensure building code compliance.

Applicants should have a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, hands-on AutoCAD/Autodesk experience, and experience with construction drawings and fabrication processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Experience in mechanical/structural design and fabrication is required.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD/Autodesk for drawings and schematics is required.
• Knowledge of local, national and state building codes is essential.
• Ability to perform static and dynamic calculations and create structural load analyses.

Responsabilidades

• Support mechanical/structural design and module fabrication.

Job Description & Skill Requirement:

• Support structural designs, work with the module manufacturing facility to develop
• complete design on seismic, thermal and structural and coordinate structural design
• with architectural / electrical / thermal / mechanical.
• BS in Mechanical Engineering with years of mechanical/structural experience
• Knowledge in AutoCAD / Autodesk
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Experience in construction drawings and equipment specifications
• Knowledge of local and national building codes
• Work to compliance with federal, state building codes
• Design of mechanical parts, create designs and provide Schematic for
• structural design aspects of the solution
• Static / Dynamic calculations
• Coordinate with Mechanical Engineer on thermal transfer calculations
• Welding procedure and inspection specification
• Develop Dimensional test procedure, structural load test procedure and
• calculation, Quality control during execution
• Support all site module
• Work with fabrication teams and validate construction process, welding
• specifications and inspection of the module
