Job description

Civil Design Engineer responsible for producing site civil design plans, hydrologic analyses, and permitting documentation for multi-family development project. Full-time on-site opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Performing hydrologic analyses
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the engineering team
• Develop tree management/landscaping plans, site grading plans, earthwork calculations, erosion and sedimentation control plans, and utility plans, including water and sanitary sewer design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Three years of proven work experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydraflow (or equivalent), Microsoft Office, Bluebeam
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential
• A willingness to learn and work independently.
• Current EIT, or ability to obtain within 1 year of employment
