You will report to the General Manager and shape the store's success through client relationships and design expertise. The role requires weekend and extended hours availability, with a compensation structure including hourly base, uncapped commission, bonuses, and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales, interior design, or client-facing design consultation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design/rendering tools
• Ability to lift/move items over 20 lbs and adhere to safety protocols
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed

Responsibilities

• Inspire and educate clients through in-store demonstrations and personalized consultations
• Design tailored solutions that align with clients' needs, preferences, and wellness goals
• Drive sales by building strong client relationships and proactively following up on leads
• Collaborate with the A&D (Architecture & Design) community to grow brand awareness and partnerships
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure a premium store experience
• Process transactions and manage orders with accuracy and efficiency
