Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and meetings as required.
• Demonstrate integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to handle sensitive data and transactions.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and move furniture up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while executing the Lovesac selling process and maintaining a strong quote pipeline.
• Build genuine connections that drive loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, uncover needs, deliver exceptional service, and build lasting relationships.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to create a fun, engaging experience and confidently close sales.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs through confident decision-making and disciplined execution.
