Job summary

Interliance Consulting (NV), Inc seeks a Project Architect / Project Manager in Saratoga Springs, NY to lead design‑driven projects from concept through construction, mentor junior staff, and shape thoughtful environments.

You will organize project teams, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and oversee documentation and construction administration to ensure the client’s vision and the firm’s standards are met.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) required.
• 7+ years of professional experience in an architecture firm.
• Experience on single-family, multifamily, and/or commercial projects.
• Minimum 3 years of project management leading teams.
• Proficiency in REVIT.
• Strong design sensibility and technical detailing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize and guide project team efforts to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and fees across multiple assignments
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and internal team members
• Oversee project design, documentation, and construction administration phases
• Maintain ownership and accountability for overall project and program success
• Mentor and support junior team members while fostering a positive workflow
• Apply and evolve the firm’s processes and procedures to improve project delivery
• Champion thoughtful design and uphold the design vision on every project
