We seek a Project Manager who collaborates with architects, designers, contractors, and internal teams to bring complex, custom projects to life.

You will lead projects from kickoff to closeout, read and interpret drawings, coordinate across functions, manage schedules and changes, and keep stakeholders informed with clarity and confidence.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of managing complex projects in construction, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from kickoff through production, delivery, and closeout.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, and scope to identify risks and opportunities early.
• Coordinate across engineering, estimating, and manufacturing to ensure alignment.
• Drive schedules, manage changes, and keep projects moving forward.
• Troubleshoot challenges in real time and deliver solutions with clarity and confidence.
