What You’ll Do
- Create, manage and produce projects primarily for the booming advanced technology market sector. Additional market sectors with opportunities to support include: industrial, municipal, recreational, higher education, healthcare and other institutional and commercial clients.
- Provide the primary designer and leadership roles to our multi‑disciplinary teams on projects throughout all stages, from concept to delivery.
- Mentor mid‑level architectural staff
- Participate in business development pursuits.
- Generate work and create long‑term client relationships.
- Developing, reviewing, and approving proposals, reports and contract documents.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, required; Masters preferred, from a NAAB accredited university
- Registered Architect in Arizona preferred, NCARB preferred
- 8-12 years of experience in architectural design and planning of facilities within core markets
- Detailed understanding of construction techniques and the development of final construction documents.
- Demonstrated experience developing project specifications.
- Demonstrated project management and supervisory experience.
