Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in design and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with Product Life-cycle management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical communications: datasheets and test plans.
• Design, model, and test product prototypes.
• Work on cross‑functional teams using Eaton PROLaunch process.
• Ensure proper product compliance with industry standards.
• Provide guidance to manufacturing engineers.

Skills

Knowledge of Drafting standards (ASME Y14 Series)

Knowledge Design for Six Sigma

Validation testing experience

Familiarity with simulation analysis

Prior experience in engineering

Fabrication methods for sheet metal, plastic, copper, and aluminum

UL 857, IEEE C37.23, UL 98, UL 489 knowledge

Working knowledge of regulatory standards for low voltage distribution equipment

Education

Associate's Degree in Engineering, Drafting, or related
