Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in similar administrative positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and perform administrative and clerical functions related to document control procedures.
• Compile and maintain control records and related files.
• Examine documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Resolve discrepancies with document originators.
• Maintain related files and post changes to records.
• Prepare requests for reproduction of documents if needed.
• Operate reproduction equipment as necessary.
• Prepare reports and memorandums.
