Job summary

Pembroke is seeking a design-focused, highly communicative professional to guide interior design direction for residential and commercial development and capital projects. This role will be based in Boston and will report into the Head of Interior Design.

You will work closely with the Head of Interior Design and the firm's development team to shape interior and experiential design for select domestic and international assets within our multi-family and commercial portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Strong conceptual design and practical implementation across interiors, furniture, finishes, programming, lighting, acoustics, and AV technology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct the interior design process for development and capital projects.
• Review presentations and construction documents to ensure alignment with design intent and quality.
• Advance design best practices across finishes, furniture, programming, and sustainability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to establish cohesive design direction.
• Coordinate with external consultants and contractors to maintain quality and schedule.
