Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design is required.
• Strong conceptual design and practical implementation across interiors, finishes, furniture, lighting, acoustics and AV.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across disciplines and levels.
• Collaborative with internal and external teams; builds strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Guide the interior design process for Pembroke's development and capital projects.
• Review presentations and construction docs to ensure alignment with design intent and branding.
• Advance design practices across finishes, furniture, programming, lighting, and sustainability.
• Establish cohesive design direction with Head of Interior Design and development team.
• Coordinate with external consultants and contractors to meet schedule and budget.
• Collaborate with internal teams across domestic and international markets.
