Job summary

McAfee is seeking a Design Director to lead the design vertical within Brand Creative Services. This player-coach role will set direction, raise craft, and coach designers to deliver excellent creative across campaigns, lifecycle, and always-on channels.

You'll operationalize the design system, educate teams on guidelines, and drive faster work through smarter workflows, including AI-enabled design tools for rapid iteration and testing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience creating and leading design work across brand and marketing, with a strong foundation in craft and concept.

Responsibilities

• Lead design concepting and execution across brand initiatives—campaigns, lifecycle marketing, social, web, and partner channels.
• Champion and evolve the New McAfee design system and craft for the design vertical.
• Coach and review work from designers, providing actionable feedback and growth plans.
• Operationalize and steward the refreshed brand identity and design system across touchpoints.
