Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. seeks a Design Director to lead the Marketing & Growth team in New York, with three days onsite. You will hands-on concept, develop campaigns, and manage a team of designers while pitching to clients.

The role requires 8+ years in production or presentation design, fluency with Keynote, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to present a clear design POV to stakeholders. This is a player/coach role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in production or presentation design.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• In-depth knowledge of Keynote and Powerpoint as well as the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Very detailed-oriented with impeccable and well-organized digital files.

The Design Director is an integral part of the entire business development team. **You will do hands on concepting, campaign development and design, as well as manage a team of designers and pitch to clients.** The ideal candidate must be able to concept from scratch while collaborating with the business development design managers across a number of touch points throughout the pitch life cycle. These touch points include written materials, microsites, Keynote decks, and a variety of physical and digital deliverables. Solid design, typography, layout and technical skills are the table stakes, but what sets the ideal candidate apart is passion, speed and the ability to pivot at any given moment.
