Job summary

BOK Financial is seeking a Design Development Lead to steer the design development phase for branch and office projects in Tulsa. You will ensure design intent is preserved through detailed documentation and coordination with architects, engineers, and consultants, while upholding brand vision and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a degree in Architecture or Interior Design and a minimum of five years in design development, with strong skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• At least 5 years of design development, project coordination, or architectural documentation experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Steward and evolve the Kit of Parts (KOP) and visual standards to align with priorities and regulations.
• Ensure brand consistency and design integrity across all environments.
• Lead conceptual design for new and legacy branches, including early test fits.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and internal partners to tailor designs to sitespecific conditions.
• Identify and resolve design challenges with innovative technical solutions and guidance.
• Communicate updates to standards while advancing modern design approaches.
