Kennedy Jenks is seeking a Design Delivery Specialist

to help lead and support multidisciplinary projects using Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D within the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) environment. The Design Delivery Specialist will be responsible for assisting in project execution for multi-discipline design as it relates to the candidate's experience and aspirations. This role will also support the strategy for developing and implementing company BIM guidelines, documenting best practices, establishing typical workflows, and sharing BIM knowledge throughout the company. The Design Delivery Specialist will report to the Design Delivery Leader under the Chief Engineers Technical Services group.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide design support and execution for modeling, reviewing, and producing contract drawings on multi-discipline water and wastewater projects.
2. Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of company BIM guidelines and transition to ACC, including updating, documenting, and educating staff on best practices.
3. Establish and train staff on typical workflows and create initial project setup approaches with company-typical workflow documents.
4. Initiate Revit-based projects with discipline-specific models following documented standards.
5. Collaborate with a BIM/CAD support team to set consistent approaches for project delivery.
6. Act as liaison for BIM-related coordination internally and externally.
7. Provide in-house Revit and Civil 3D technical support to staff.
8. Develop and lead in-house training sessions and provide shadow training on Revit and BIM implementation.
9. Create and maintain content such as templates, components, and custom families according to standards.
10. Support automation tools to facilitate data exchanges between platforms.
11. Coordinate with the Engineering Systems Team to enhance CAD and BIM capabilities using ACC and latest software.

Qualifications:

1. 10+ years of professional multidiscipline Revit experience and support.
2. Expert knowledge of BIM processes and technologies.
3. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD C3D, AutoCAD P&ID, Inventor, Navisworks Manage, ACC, Bentley ProjectWise, Bluebeam Revu; and Microsoft products.
4. Experience with Bentley MicroStation is a plus.
5. Understanding of water and wastewater design industry and plan production cycle.
6. Experience in multiple BIM/CAD roles including training, support, mentorship, and management.
7. Strong collaboration and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams.
8. Positive attitude, passion, patience, and ability to uphold standards and escalate issues timely.
9. Skills to optimize company infrastructure and standards.
10. Excellent writing, editing, and research skills.
11. Critical thinking and independence in learning new technologies.
