Job Title: Delivery Lead (Remote)

A fast-growing SaaS startup that recently secured funding is expanding its customer delivery team and seeking a Delivery Lead for a fully remote position. This company collaborates with leading Source-to-Pay and ERP platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, and Workday to help global organizations optimize operations, increase efficiencies, and unlock new value from their existing technology stack.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementations of the platform for enterprise clients, from project kickoff to go-live.
• Serve as a client-facing role, bridging the gap between product, engineering, and the customer.
• Ensure high-quality delivery across multiple engagements and act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in delivery/project management, SaaS implementations, or ERP consulting.
• Functional and technical knowledge of ERP / Source-to-Pay systems.
• Strong background in enterprise client-facing roles.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Daily Responsibilities:

• 60% Hands-on project delivery.
• 30% Management duties.
