Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in design/project management for large-scale construction.
• Proven experience with advanced delivery models (Design-Build, IPD, P3, EPC).
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of design and construction teams during proposals and development.
• Define technical scope, manage RFIs, and ensure bridging documents.
• Develop and maintain design deliverable schedules aligned with procurement and build phases.
• Oversee design progression to align with budget, schedule, and constructability; lead value design.
• Coordinate permitting and document design changes to minimize scope creep.
• Manage design risk, including cost-benefit analyses for RFIs and changes.
• Ensure Health & Safety integration within design and logistics planning.
• Foster VDC collaboration to align digital modeling with project goals.
