Job summary

Medpace is seeking a Design Coordinator to join the Information Design team in Cincinnati, OH. You will design and format clinical study materials for patients, caregivers, site staff, and physicians using InDesign, Illustrator, and Word.

The role welcomes recent graduates and experienced designers; you will manage translations, track materials through regulatory submissions, and ensure materials reflect source documents. On-site with possible limited WFH after training.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree, with a design-related degree or design experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, including applying styles and using templates
• Significant experience with file structure and file management
• Ability to apply skills in design, writing, editing, communication, and organization across diverse projects
• Comfort prioritizing multiple requests in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
• Interest in developing expertise in how translations affect design and layout
• Candidates local to the Cincinnati area are preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and format clinical study materials (worksheets, informational cards, questionnaires) for patients, caregivers, research site staff, and physicians
• Incorporate amendments and translations into existing documents using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Word
• Manage translation workflows to deliver high-quality materials to audiences around the world
• Keep study teams informed by tracking study materials through the regulatory submission process
• Review study materials to confirm they accurately reflect source documentation
