Job summary

Noor Group in Los Angeles is seeking an organized, detail-oriented design professional to join their luxury residential design team.

You will lead high-end projects from concept through installation, review third-party design packages, and coordinate with vendors, general contractors, and subcontractors to ensure plans are built as intended.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years as a lead designer in a high-end residential interior design firm, or in-house for a developer, including hands-on project management.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple high-end residential projects from concept through installation.
• Review third-party design packages, catch discrepancies, drive revisions, and ensure plans are built as intended.
• Design concept, space planning, architectural elements, color and fabric schemes, custom window treatments and custom furniture.
• Manage drafting for manufacturing and installation of furniture, window treatments, lighting and accessories.
• Detail project budgets and timelines, updated regularly.
• Coordinate with vendors, general contractors and subcontractors; manage multiple subs.

Job description

We are partnering with a reputable high-end construction company in Los Angeles, as they focus on the construction of luxury residential and multi-family projects ranging $10m-$50m. They are looking for an organized professional who pays attention do detail to join their Design team.

Responsible

• Run multiple high-end residential projects from concept through installation
• Reviewing and executing third-party design packages: catching discrepancies, driving revisions, and making sure what is on the plan is what gets built.
• Design concept, space planning, architectural elements, color and fabric schemes, custom window treatments and custom furniture.
• Working knowledge of Modern, Craftsman, Spanish and other styles. Management of the drafting required for manufacturing and installation of furniture, window treatments, lighting and accessories.
• Detailed project budgets and timelines, updated regularly.
• Coordination with vendors, general contractors and subcontractors throughout. Must be able to manage multiple subs.
