Job summary

Zaveta Custom Homes in Doylestown, PA is seeking a Design Coordinator to guide clients through the design process of their custom home, from concept to finish. The role requires residential design experience and a strong portfolio.

You will coordinate interior and exterior finishes, liaise with clients, trades, and staff, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. In-person work location and relocation to Doylestown are required.

Full job description

Duties include assisting our exclusive clientele through the design process of their custom home from start to finish, including the selection of both interior and exterior finishes. Experience with home building is required. Compensation is based on experience.

The following are important skills that an applicant should possess:

1. Design assistance and pricing procurement of interior and exterior components of custom homes. Experience in home building with exclusive clientele is required.
2. Great customer service and ability to communicate professionally with clients, employees and contractors.
3. Exceptional time management skills.
4. Budget and related tracking awareness is a must.
5. Ability to sketch layouts and design via hand or computer assisted programs is highly valued.

Please note that this position requires a background in residential design. A portfolio should b be attached to your resume.
