Job summary

Genesis Innovations is seeking a Detail-Oriented Design Coordinator to support a growing design and sales team in Edwards, Colorado. The role focuses on managing the execution phase of projects after sale, ensuring a seamless experience for customers from specification through installation.

Applicants must be able to commute or relocate to the Edwards area. The position offers hands-on experience in the full sales-to-install process, mentorship from design professionals, and clear opportunities

Qualifications

• Must reside in the Vail Valley area or be willing to relocate.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Experience in design, cabinetry, kitchen & bath, retail, construction, or project coordination is a plus.
• Design and product knowledge preferred but not required.
