Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is expanding in the Carolina Region and seeking Sales Consultants to fuel growth through a customer-focused, consultative selling approach. You will conduct in-home consultations, provide replacement project solutions, and schedule homeowner appointments, including evenings/weekends.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid license and vehicle, and 2+ years of sales experience with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Minimum 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in‑home consultations with homeowners.
• Provide estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for replacement projects.
• Schedule and run homeowner appointments, often on evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Minimum 2 years of in‑home or outside sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to frequently sit, walk, reach at waist level, climb stairs, and occasionally reach from the floor to at or above shoulder level.
• Must be able to routinely lift/move items weighing up to 55 lb and place them on raised surfaces.

Compensation

• Compensation averages $200,000–$255,000 per year.
• Performance bonuses and profit‑sharing available.
