Job summary

Countertop Solutions in Martinsburg, WV is seeking a Design Consultant to provide estimates for kitchen and bathroom remodels and to assist the design, sales and management teams at the Martinsburg showroom.

You will greet customers, handle inquiries, prepare letters and estimates, support the sales process, and coordinate with vendors; Saturdays are required. A bachelor's degree or related experience, strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel) and 20/20 Design knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of related sales/office experience.
• Valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, vendors and clients entering the showroom.
• Handle inquiries and relay messages.
• Prepare routine and advanced correspondence including letters, estimates and reports.
• Assist Sales Team with customers and estimates.
• Follow up on estimates in a timely manner.
• Perform clerical work as assigned.
