Note: You are not required to report into a Mosaic office; however, some travel to client locations across the United States is expected. This position is open to candidates residing anywhere in the US.

Position Overview

The Design Consultant supports learning development activities, including designing and developing customized graphics and animations for training, change management, and communication solutions for Mosaic’s clients. The role involves working closely with the Senior Consultant, Design Services, on various projects, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure success.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Set up project templates, including understanding client branding, logos, color schemes, and creating/style guides.
• Onboard Production Services (PS): teach and guide the team on client styles, logos, ticket processes, and review work for quality and consistency.
• Create graphic art and digital media solutions for training materials, web-based training, storyboards, and assessments.
• Support UI design, animations, interactive elements, demos, and tutorials.
• Design visual objects, produce artwork, and prepare media for web and print formats, incorporating client branding.
• Maintain internal marketing and branding artwork, including brochures and website layout.
• Collaborate with project teams, work independently and within deadlines, and meet billable hours requirements.

Skills and Experience

• Proven graphic design or creative consulting experience.
• Strong knowledge of color use for print and web design.
• Excellent rendering, layout, and composition skills.
• Experience with business-oriented graphics and knowledge of HTML or XML.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, flexible, and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range is $90,000 to $100,000, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus of up to 5%.
