Job summary

Archadeck Outdoor Living is hiring a Design Consultant to meet clients at home or in showrooms, listening to needs and designing outdoor living solutions. You will sell custom decks, porches and sunrooms within budget, using CAD tools as needed, and manage your schedule from home or showroom.

Training, leads, and high earning potential are provided. Income potential is very high, with current consultants earning well over $100,000 per year; compensation ranges from $45,000 to $150,000 annually

Qualifications

• Proven in-home sales experience.
• Strong inter-personal skills.
• Knowledge of residential construction.
• Experience in or the ability to learn CAD software.
• The maturity to set and manage your own schedule and work from your home or our showroom.
• A degree in Architecture is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their home and in our showroom.
• Listen to clients' requirements and desires to expand their homes.
• Design and sell solutions that meet clients' residential needs within their budgets.
• Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

For the suburbs north and west of Boston, we seek experienced, motivated representatives with:

• Proven in-home sales experience,
• Strong inter-personal skills,
• Knowledge of residential construction,
• Experience in or the ability to learn CAD software,

Successful Candidates Will

• Meet with clients in their home and in our showroom,

We provide employees with training in our consultation process, in quality construction techniques and products, and in our CAD design software. We furnish qualified leads. Compensation is either full commission or base salary plus commission. Income potential is very high.

Our current Design Consultants earn well over $100,000 per year.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
