Wisenbaker Design Center in Belton, TX is seeking a Design Consultant to guide homebuyers through interior selections, helping personalize homes while maximizing budget efficiency. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Consult with homebuyers to determine vision, preferences, and budget for interior finishes.
  • Professionally sell Wisenbaker and builder products, including upgrades.
  • Conduct appointments efficiently and within allocated builder cycle times.
  • Review and finalize all necessary paperwork with buyers accurately.
  • Maintain knowledge of builder-specific requirements and Wisenbaker products.
  • Track emails, quotes, and appointment-related questions for timely follow-up.
  • Keep the showroom organized, clean, and ready for appointments.
  • Cross-train across multiple builders and product lines to maximize coverage.
  • Communicate regularly with builders regarding pending and finalized buyers.
  • Follow all builder-specific and Wisenbaker policies and procedures.

What You’ll Be Doing (and Absolutely Crushing It):
