Job summary

Wisenbaker Builder Services, Inc. is seeking an Expeditor to manage the daily scheduling and execution of cabinet and countertop installs and service calls. You will coordinate crews, verify materials, and ensure all documentation is accurate to keep projects moving and crews performing at their best.

You’ll support Field, Design, and Service teams, maintain records, and pre-plan workloads while upholding a positive team environment and clear communication with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with Wisenbaker processes and Echelon software preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily job schedules and communicate updates with crews and internal teams.
• Verify all work orders are complete with notes and materials reserved.
• Coordinate and dispatch installers for all jobs, including coverage for absences.
• Respond to questions and provide guidance to crews, field teams, and service staff.
• Update and maintain all job records, emails, and status reports.
• Pre-plan upcoming jobs and review workload for the week.
• Support Field, Design, and Service teams to resolve issues and improve workflow.
• Maintain a positive, motivating attitude and promote collaboration.

Your Mission:

As an Expeditor, you’ll manage the daily scheduling and execution of cabinet and countertop installs and service calls, coordinating crews, verifying materials, and ensuring all documentation is accurate. Your work keeps projects moving smoothly and ensures installers and service teams can perform their best work.

What You’ll Be Doing (and Absolutely Crushing It):

• Manage daily job schedules and communicate updates with crews and internal teams.
• Verify all work orders are complete with accurate notes and materials reserved.
• Coordinate and dispatch installers for all jobs, including handling coverage for absences or gaps.
• Respond to questions and provide guidance to crews, field teams, and service staff throughout the day.
• Update and maintain all job records, emails, and status reports for accuracy and timeliness.
• Pre-plan upcoming jobs and review workload for the week (“Look Ahead”).
• Support Field, Design, and Service teams to resolve issues and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Maintain a positive, motivating attitude and promote a collaborative team environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with Wisenbaker processes and Echelon software preferred.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems quickly.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs (samples, paperwork, cabinet doors).
