Job summary

Core States Group is seeking a Project Manager, Design & Construction to oversee Investor Center projects for a national banking client. Lead design, budgeting, approvals, and construction through to opening, coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and landlords.

You will ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and meet client standards across multiple sites. Remote work within PA is possible with up to 20% travel to other regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, business, or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of project management experience in construction or related environments.
• Experience managing full lifecycle projects and coordinating stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling tools, and Workfront.

Responsibilities

• Lead Investor Center projects from launch through opening and closeout.
• Coordinate due diligence, budgeting, permitting, and design development.
• Manage procurement, bidding, and contractor coordination.
• Serve as primary coordinator among clients, landlords, consultants, and vendors.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, risks, and milestones; provide status updates.
• Conduct meetings, site visits, turnover inspections, and acceptance.
• Coordinate technology, security, FF&E, and occupancy readiness.
• Identify process improvements while maintaining documentation and standards.
