Job summary

Department of Military Affairs is seeking a Design & Construction Project Manager to oversee complex projects from conception through completion. You will manage planning, design, contract administration, construction, and final closeout to ensure facilities meet mission needs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with end-users, agency leaders, and design consultants to deliver high-quality results within budget and schedule constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience managing projects, preferably with exposure to construction documents and methods.
• Alternate combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire project lifecycle—from planning to closeout.
• Coordinate with end-users, agency leaders, and design consultants to deliver practical, cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure facilities are built to the highest standards and support agency missions.
