Job summary

Fluor Corporation is seeking a Design and Construction Coordination Support/Document Control specialist in Sacramento. You will coordinate submittal reviews, RFI/NCR/QMDP/DVR processes, and maintain orderly project documentation across PDS Civil Infrastructure Engineering and PCM teams.

You will attend meetings, support status reporting, and help implement engineering and construction management processes, ensuring efficient information flow and compliant deliverables for complex design-build

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent with 10+ years related experience; non-degreed path may require 12 years of experience.
• Ability to communicate with audiences including coworkers, management, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Job-related technical knowledge to complete the role and adaptability to learn applicable statutes and guidelines.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a time-conscious and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Reviews submittals and review comments to ensure compliance with HSR requirements.
• Represents PDS Engineering in meetings.
• Provides project status updates for weekly and monthly reporting.
• Develops and maintains a systematic document control system.
• Coordinates RFI, NCR, QMDP, DVR reviews between PDS Engineering and PCM staff.
• Supports bulletin, memo, policy, and procedure preparation.
