Job summary

UCHealth University of Colorado Health in Aurora, CO seeks an onsite Contract Administrator to act as the primary resource for regional Design and Construction contract administration, including negotiation of terms and conditions. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3 years of relevant experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains contract files, database and index system of contracts and their status.
• Plans, organizes and develops reports that evaluate contracts to assist with decision-making activities for management.
• Facilitates contract interpretation, using data from various sources, to maintain contract compliance, including identification of potential risk and options to correct and/or minimize risk.
• Explains and re-negotiates contract terms and ensures satisfactory contract completion.
• Research barriers to effective service delivery, creates reports that provide monitoring of re-engineered processes, translates information needs into actionable reporting tools.
