William Ryan Homes, Inc. seeks an experienced Design Center Specialist to assist new homeowners in selecting options, finishes, and materials for their new home.

You will maintain the Design Center in Farmers Branch, TX and schedule appointments with buyers to guide selections while staying within budget. The role requires strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills, with proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Formación

• Experience in residential design selections preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail oriented, organized, and focused.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Brix Sales and Envision experience helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule appointments with buyers and guide selections within budget.
• Complete all required customer selections and obtain signatures/payments.
• Maintain an organized, buyer-friendly Design Center.
• Assist Sales/Marketing with product and color selections for Market homes.
• Coordinate with Purchasing/Sales to offer current interior design options.
• Provide regular reporting on buyer appointments and selections status.
• Collaborate with departments to overcome challenges and delays.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Description

William Ryan Homes, a residential production builder, is seeking an experienced Design Center Specialist to join our rapidly growing team. The team member in this position will be committed to assisting new homeowners in selecting options, finishes and materials for their new home, as well as maintaining the Design Center located in Farmers Branch, TX. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Scheduling appointments with buyers and managing selections- guiding buyers through selections process quickly and within budget
• Accurately and efficiently completing all required customer selections, obtaining buyer signatures/payments/photos and distribute and upload finalized paperwork into company database
• Maintain an organized, buyer-friendly, up-to-date, and comprehensive Design Center
• Assist Sales and Marketing teams with product and color selections for Market homes
• Work with Purchasing and Sales departments to maintain a competitive offering of options that meet current interior design trends
• Provide regular reporting and records of buyer appointments and market home selections status
• Working closely with all departments to overcome challenges and delays
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Experience in residential construction Design Selections preferred
• Excellent Communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Detail oriented, organized, and focused
• Sense of urgency
• Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
• Technology skills in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
• Brix Sales and Envision experience helpful, but not required
