Job summary

ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager for our Tenant Solutions/Adaptive Reuse team in downtown Chicago. You will lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects from preconstruction through closeout, working with clients and the design team to shape budgets and scopes.

You will oversee subcontractor buyouts, procurement opportunities, and plan site logistics.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years of construction management or engineering design experience.
• Previous experience leading ground up commercial, light industrial, multi-family, hospitality, or entertainment construction projects is preferred.
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of project from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop preliminary concept drawings and project budget with clients and design team.
• Review scope, costs, and negotiate contracts & fees with clients.
