ARCO/Murray National Construction in Chicago seeks a Project Manager for the Tenant Solutions/Adaptive Reuse team. You will lead projects from design through completion, coordinate with clients and the design team, and manage budgets, subcontractors, and schedules.

The role emphasizes value engineering, cost control, and delivering high-quality, safe outcomes. Base compensation ranges with discretionary bonuses; ESOP and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field required.
• 2–5 years in construction management or engineering design.
• Experience leading ground up commercial, light industrial, or multi-family projects preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead all managerial and administrative aspects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Coordinate with clients and design team to develop concepts and budgets.
• Review scope, costs, and contracts in client meetings and value engineering.
• Select and manage subcontractors and vendors; optimize schedule and site logistics.
• Monitor performance against budget, prepare pay apps and progress reports.
• Foster a fun, safe, and quality-focused construction experience for all.
