Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Des Moines to lead our Design-Build team. You will manage the entire project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with architects, engineers, and other professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction, especially design-build.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record of managing design-build from inception to completion, on time and budget.
• Strong scheduling and budgeting knowledge, with RFI process experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the design-build project from conception to completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans: budgeting, scheduling, resources.
• Manage RFIs promptly and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and construction professionals for efficient designs.
• Monitor progress, adjust as needed to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans.
• Foster collaboration and open communication within the team.
• Ensure compliance with local/national codes and safety regulations.
• Liaise with clients and provide regular progress updates.
